How WE BUY
Step 1. Information on product availability
Before launching the order, check product availability, in its presentation page. Information is "immediately available", "available" or "request info". In all three cases we will make every effort to honor the order, telling you the result as soon as possible. Orders are taken on every working day according to the schedule mentioned on the site. Exceptionally, www.britishgallery.ro can take orders on holidays or during extended working hours, which is communicated in the contact page. In case of orders placed outside of working hours, they will be taken on the first next working day.
Step 2. Select product
You can access the category of interest in the left vertical bar (menu) or by visiting any of the symbols specifically designed for direct entry in the main category. Using the left menu you can access a set of filters that are designed as exact orientation to the desired product. Using the filters, you can make selections according to criteria such as brand, price, features, etc., restricting the products presented on the number according to the options checked. With one click on the picture or name you enter the detailed description of the product.
Step 3. Add to Cart
Check the information presented together with the facilities / services available for the selected product, then press the order button to continue. You can add other items in your order by pressing Continue. You can increase or decrease the number of existing products in your order directly changing the quantity. Pressing Update can do the quantity update. You can check the productin the Remove column and then clicking Update you delete those items checked in the list. A final check before the order, then click on Payment button.
Step 4. Complete personal data
Complete five mandatory fields with descriptions: Name, Email Address, Password, Confirm Password and Phone Number. Optionally you can check the box for the newsletter. After completing the data, click continue and go on to the order.

Order delivery - your product will enter the delivery process immediately after order confirmation. The duration of the delivery will be 24 to 48 hours depending on the distance and the time when the confirmation was received.
Delivery Duration
Our estimate of the delivery duration is based on several important factors: the schedule on which the order was placed, the availability of the ordered products, interdependency of the ordered products (e.g. one or more products in the same order may be available or unavailable) and the delivery distance.
Delivery methods
www.britishgallery.ro delivers both through its own resources and through a courier company. As delivery preferences you can choose the location, date and time slot you want: the office, home or another given address, without any additional cost. You can choose to take your order from www.britishgallery.ro store in Bucharest, Paris Street, Nb. 14, Sector 1. Working hours are Tuesday to Saturday between 11:00 -19:00. You can pick up the order only by appointment (you will be contacted by one of our representatives). In this case the advantage is that no additional fee for transport are applied (courier fee or tax refund) and that you can test the products before buying. After receiving the package, please check the integrity of the container and the existence of the warranty certificate, where applicable, and of the invoice. These documents will be included in the plastic pocket attached to your package.
Delivery
Products are handed sealed in the original package of the manufacturers and are ensured throughout the transportation until delivery.
In Bucharest :
Packages: 10 lei for the first kg. plus 1.20 lei for each extra kilo.
In other national locations:
Packages: 15 lei for the first kg / destination, 1.20 lei for each extra kilo. Please verify the list of Fan Courier Routes.
Special Conditions
If we cannot contact you on the date and time set for delivery, two other delivery attempts will be made without any additional fees by the courier company. If all three delivery attempts fail then the command is canceled. If you already made the payment in our account for the products ordered, after three delivery attempts you will have to pay an additional storage charge to the courier company. In the delivery time may intervene factors, which may cause delays, independent of our will or of the courier company’s such as inclement weather, accidents or traffic jams. In all these cases, a sales representative www.britishgallery.ro will contact you and he will communicate you a new date for completion of the delivery.
